What class are you planning to compete in at the EC Dryland?
Canicross.

Have you competed in any previous EC/WC Dryland events?
Yes, in 3 World Championships (Italy 2013, Canada 2015, Poland 2017) and 2 European Championships (France 2014, England 2016).
My best results are in World championships with a 3th place in Falze di Piave (Italy ’13), a 3th place in Bristol (Canada ’15) and a 5th place in Szamotuly, Poland, last year.

Most successes I had and still have are in my main class canicross with my lead dog Lorko, a European sleddog from Czech Republic.

How do you prepare yourself and your dog/dogs for a race like the EC Dryland?
My training involves track running (intervals), endurance runs, fitness and competing to get a rhythm in my races. The training of my dogs is a balance between speed and power. I use the dogscooter a lot to train them.

What is your goal for EC Dryland?
My goal is to complete my races well at a good level, trying to be close to the top runners and if possible ending in the top 3.
